When you complete our application form or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and the answers you provide in the application (for example, where you are in your journey and what you hope to work on). You choose what to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may receive limited technical information such as your device type, browser, and general usage. If you arrive from an ad or link, campaign tags (UTM parameters) are stored temporarily in your browser session and passed to our application form so we understand which efforts are helpful. We may also use cookies or similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tools, if enabled.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your application, respond to you, schedule and prepare for your call, deliver and improve our services, and — only where you have opted in — send you emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our form provider (Typeform), website host (Netlify), email and scheduling tools, and video hosting. We may also share data with advertising or analytics platforms for measurement where those tools are enabled, and where required by law.
